This association has further honed my skills and expertise in areas such as evolutionary psychology, the psychology of personality and character, the psychology of dating and romantic relationships, couples counselling, career counselling, professional and executive coaching, positive psychology and flow, solution-focused coaching, emotion-focusing experiential therapy, and optimising mental and physical health and performance.
